Laiska Ebba is a slow fashion brand born and based in Tammisaari, Finland.
If we travel back in time just half a century, clothes were made to last. If a seam ripped or the knee of a pair of trousers wore out, they were sewn to be used again. The modern fashion industry is not exactly known for its sustainability or longevity. Laiska Ebba Brand wants to change that: making garments from certified organic materials or used fabrics. A pair of Laiska Ebba dungarees could therefore have been a grandfather's old favourite pair of cord trousers.
